La décision de terrasse : Pourquoi Trex?

Après des années passées à teindre et à entretenir une terrasse en bois dans leur ancienne maison, la famille Berson était prête à changer. Avec leur nouvelle maison en construction, c’était l’occasion idéale de moderniser leur espace extérieur en composite. En associant une balustrade classique blanche et noire aux nuances modernes et neutres de la terrasse, la famille a créé une palette de couleurs calmes et réparatrices pour prolonger l'ambiance de la maison de plage.  

Les rampes lumineuses discrètes ajoutent de l'orientation et de l'ambiance à l'espace au coucher du soleil. " Les [Trex Post Cap Lights] brillent suffisamment pour que vous ne trébuchiez pas lorsque vous vous promenez sur la terrasse et restent suffisamment subtils pour que vous puissiez profiter du ciel nocturne. " expliqua Bill.

L'avenir? Plus de souvenirs en devenir

Tandis qu'une terrasse prépare le terrain pour la vie en plein air, une terrasse bien conçue passe au second plan et permet à vos souvenirs d'occuper le devant de la scène. Nous avons demandé à Bill et Finn de partager certains de leurs souvenirs préférés sur leur terrasse jusqu'à présent.  

Pour Bill, le souvenir de la première visite de ses deux fils aînés dans la nouvelle maison familiale ressort parmi les autres. Après être entrée dans la maison par la terrasse arrière pour ajouter au facteur surprise de leur visite, toute la famille s'est installée dans l'espace extérieur pour une soirée remplie de bonne nourriture, de rires et de convivialité.  

Le jour de l'emménagement est ce que Finn a trouvé le plus mémorable. Après une longue journée passée à déballer les cartons, la famille s'est réunie dans l'espace extérieur pour se détendre et se relaxer au milieu de la nature et de ses chiens.  

Quelle est la prochaine étape pour la famille Berson ? " Nous avons prévu de nombreuses rénovations supplémentaires, explique " Bill. Pour l'espace extérieur, un nouvel espace de rangement sous la terrasse et un patio autour du foyer sont en préparation. En termes d'utilisation de l'espace extérieur, des barbecues en famille et entre amis, des pauses-café matinales et des dîners à la belle étoile sont définitivement au programme.
